Description
Washington State Department of Transportation is seeking a qualified communications consulting firm to provide coordination and support services for inter‑agency mobility projects across the state. The contractor will manage project‑level communications, facilitate work‑group meetings, support major construction projects, and deliver additional consulting services as needed, all while using WSDOT’s digital collaboration tools.
• Provide project‑management, strategic planning, and public‑involvement support for high‑impact transportation projects.
• Facilitate and document inter‑agency work‑group meetings (up to 30 hours per month), produce agendas, presentations, minutes, and manage communication inboxes.
• Offer supplemental services such as development of inter‑agency plans, briefing papers, and ad‑hoc coordination for major projects, with a part‑time effort (up to ¾ FTE) over a 24‑month contract.
