Grass Cutting - Tower Sites (IT)

The City of Suffolk is seeking a contractor to provide annual grass cutting services for its Information Technology (Communications) Tower Sites. The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, equipment, transportation, and associated insurance required to perform the services. The services will be provided on an as-needed basis, and the contractor must comply with all specifications, terms, and conditions outlined in the Invitation for Bid. • The contractor will be required to cut grass at multiple tower sites, including the Downtown Tower Site and the Whaleyville Site. • The contractor must attend a mandatory pre-bid conference on November 20, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. at the Downtown Tower Site. • The contractor must provide all necessary equipment and labor to perform the services. • The contractor must have the necessary insurance to perform the services.
