Description
The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, is soliciting quotes for the rehabilitation of the KTN Lewis Reef Road Tunnel Lighting & Fire Suppression System. The project involves the repair and refurbishment of existing electrical lighting and fire suppression systems within the tunnel corridor. The tunnel extends underneath the existing Ketchikan Airport runway and accesses the Gravina Island road system. The existing systems have significantly deteriorated and are not properly functioning.
