The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive art installation and storage services for City Hall and other municipal properties. The contract will be issued as an open purchase order up to $20,000 and will cover de‑installation, packing, climate‑controlled storage, retrieval, transport, and installation of public artwork, as well as related labor, vehicle use, and material costs. Bidders must submit detailed unit‑price breakdowns, include all shipping costs within those prices, and provide mandatory disclosures (Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices and Wage Theft & Payroll Fraud). Submission is electronic by the deadline, and the award will go to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
