The San Jacinto River Authority is requesting Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Grit Classifier Improvements project at the Wastewater Treatment Facility No. 2 in The Woodlands, Texas. The project includes providing labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to construct improvements to the existing grit classifier and associated systems. The scope of work includes mobilization, bonds and insurance, permits, existing grit slurry pump station modifications, new grit washing facility, protective coatings, yard piping, site drainage improvements, concrete pavement, electrical, controls, demolition items, and site restoration. • The project is located at 5624 Research Forest Drive, The Woodlands, Texas. • The Engineer’s OPCC for this project is $1,215,000.00. • A mandatory pre-submittal meeting and site visit will be held on 10/21/2025 at 10:00:00 AM (CT). • Questions and inquiries must be entered into the Brazos Valley e-Marketplace System. • The proposal submission deadline is 11/5/2025 at 11:00:00 AM (CT).
