The Government is seeking information on industry's capability to produce two hardware installation kits: the Company Commander's Integration Kit (CCIK) and the RETRANS Installation Kit. The CCIK upgrades a standard Infantry Carrier Vehicle to the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) capability level of a Commander's Vehicle. The RETRANS Installation Kit enables a Stryker vehicle to function as a mobile radio retransmission station. The Government is looking for companies that can manufacture and deliver these kits without access to the proprietary technical data.
• The CCIK integrates key components including a Frequency Hopping Multiplexer (FHMUX) and a Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio System (SINCGARS) radio set.
• The RETRANS Installation Kit integrates key components including additional SINCGARS radios, a Power Amplifier, and all required racks and hardware.
• Respondents must meet mandatory requirements, including being a US company and possessing a facility clearance.
• The Government is seeking detailed responses to a questionnaire, including technical approach, manufacturing and production capability, quality management, and government contracting experience.
