Description
The Jones County School System is seeking proposals for the provision of E-Rate 2026 MDF switches. The selected vendor will be required to provide the equipment listed in the solicitation or an equivalent alternative. No installation or configuration is requested.
• The contract term will be from the date of award until the end of JCSS's current fiscal year, with the option to renew for up to five years.
• The vendor must provide a technical proposal and a cost proposal, and must comply with all requirements outlined in the solicitation.
• A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on December 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM via Zoom.
• Questions must be submitted in writing by December 2, 2025.
