Description
The City of Lake City is seeking a qualified contractor to directionally bore approximately 400 ft of 12‑inch FPVC water main beneath State Road 247 (Leisure Drive), install a 12 × 12‑inch tap, perform pressure testing, and restore the site. The City will supply the pipe and fittings; the contractor must provide all labor, equipment, MOT, permits, utility locates, tap equipment, and coordination with FDOT. Work must comply with FDOT, Florida Building Code, OSHA, AWWA/ASTM standards and include a one‑year warranty.
• Directional‑bore 400 ft of 12‑in. FPVC pipe under SR 247.
• Provide MOT, FDOT permitting, 811 locates, tap saddle, valve, pressure testing, and site cleanup.
