Sport Court Maintenance and Minor Repair Services

The City of Bellevue is seeking a contractor to provide sport court maintenance and minor repair services. The scope of work includes removing existing nets, repairing or replacing nets and poles, pressure washing wind screens and court surfaces, cutting and grinding asphalt, and applying Novacrylic coatings. The contractor must be a Nova Sports USA certified Noacrylic installer with at least 10 years of experience and 20 installations in the past year. The contract is expected to have a duration of one year and a value not exceeding $150,000. Key responsibilities of the contractor include: • Removing existing nets and repairing or replacing them as needed • Pressure washing wind screens and court surfaces to remove mold and debris • Cutting and grinding asphalt to eliminate cracks and damaged areas • Applying Novacrylic coatings to the court surfaces • Being responsible for all damage caused during the project and making repairs at no additional expense to the City
