Description
The City of Portland is seeking bids for the provision of Bulk Low Salt Sodium Hypochlorite. The successful contractor will be required to provide the product in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the Invitation to Bid. The contract will be for a period of five years, with the option for the City to purchase additional product beyond the quantities stated in the bid documents at the same prices submitted by the Bidder. The Bidder must clearly identify all products bid, including brand name and model or number, and must provide a certified laboratory analysis to indicate that the shipment of sodium hypochlorite meets the requirements of the product specifications.
• The bid must be submitted on the form furnished by the City, or it may be rejected by the City.
• The Bidder must agree to furnish any and all goods, supplies, and/or services required by the Invitation to Bid, at the prices quoted, pursuant to all requirements and specifications as contained therein.
• The Bidder must provide a non-collusion affidavit, stating that the price(s) and the amount of this bid have been arrived at independently and without consultation, communication, or agreement with any other contractor, offeror, or potential offeror.
• The Bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to environmental protection, labor standards, and procurement practices.
