Description
The Department of Maryland State Police is seeking bids for the procurement of Panasonic Tough Book FZ-55 laptops. This is a Small Business Reserve Procurement, and only certified small business vendors are eligible to bid. The contract is for the purchase of 78 laptops, with an estimated delivery date of June 30, 2026. The contractor must be an authorized reseller for Panasonic and provide a screenshot of the Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid.
* The contractor must provide new and unused equipment.
* The contractor must not impose a restocking fee if an item is returned due to damage or incorrect product shipped.
* The contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP.
* The contractor must allow for pricing provided in response to this PORFP to be valid for at least 90 days after the set due date above.
