Idaho’s Department of Fish & Game is seeking a single vendor to supply three new utility terrain vehicles (UTVs) – two full‑size side‑by‑side models and one Mahindra Roxor HDUV (or equivalent). All vehicles must be new, meet detailed performance, safety, and color specifications, include a one‑year comprehensive warranty (three‑year frame warranty), and be delivered FOB destination to the agency’s Nampa location during Monday‑Thursday business hours. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑priced responsive and responsible bidder on an all‑or‑none basis, with no alternates permitted. The vendor must provide proof of authorized dealer status, maintain required insurance, and certify compliance with debarment and exclusion regulations.
• Supply two 500‑700 cc side‑by‑side UTVs with enclosed heated cab, 1500 lb hitch, 2000 lb winch, and required safety features.
• Supply one Mahindra Roxor HDUV (or equal) with diesel engine, 3000 lb hitch, 5‑speed manual transmission, and ROPS.
• Deliver all units to 159950 N Gate Blvd, Nampa, ID 83687, with at‑least 7 business‑day notice, within permitted delivery windows, and provide warranty service within 30 days of any claim.
