The Government Publishing Office is procuring the production of 10,000 employee guide pamphlets (5½ × 8½ in.) for the Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division. The work requires four‑color offset printing (digital printing prohibited), clear satin aqueous coating on the front and back covers, saddle‑stitch binding, and strict packaging and labeling standards, including random‑copy sub‑lots with blue‑label certification. Delivery must be FOB destination at the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center by 19 May 2026.
