Description
The County of Santa Cruz is establishing an on‑call list of qualified consulting firms to provide a broad range of professional services (architecture, engineering, environmental, surveying, construction management, IT, etc.) for capital‑project needs within the county. Firms submit a single Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) by October 16, 2026; the County will evaluate and rank respondents, then place selected firms on a three‑year on‑call roster (possible one‑year extension). When a project arises, the County may solicit proposals from one or more firms on the list, negotiate rates, and award individual task orders. The solicitation requires California licensure, proof of insurance, and a five‑year minimum experience for key personnel. No guaranteed minimum workload; contracts are awarded on an as‑needed basis.
