SCRWTP PROJECT / 3851 CITY GATE DR

The County of Collier is seeking a quote for the relocation of the Entrance Gate located at 3851 City Gate Dr and the installation of sleeves to the concrete slab to the Guard Shack. The project includes site work, installation of asphalt, grass, and concrete, and removal of debris and site cleanup. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor, and equipment to complete the requested work. The County will provide assistance with access to the gated secured site, review of all materials to be utilized, coordination with the Guard House vendor, and inspection service during installation work. • The project requires a lump sum quote for all personnel, equipment, and materials to complete the scope of work outlined. • The contractor must provide a project manager contact within 5 workdays of issuance of the purchase order. • The County will facilitate communication between the selected contractor and the Guard House vendor regarding the installation process. • The contractor must comply with all insurance requirements, including workers' compensation, employer's liability, commercial general liability, and automobile liability.
