Description
The FDIC is seeking quotes to provide annual subscription maintenance and support for Quest Software’s Toad suite (Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, PeopleSoft, etc.) across multiple user seats. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, with an initial performance period of one year (Nov 1 2026 – Oct 31 2027) and two optional one‑year extensions through Oct 31 2029. Offerors must submit a completed price schedule, required certifications, EULA/MSA terms, and SCRM information. The award will be based on lowest price technically acceptable; the FDIC prefers vendors that are authorized Quest resellers or OEMs. Delivery is electronic (software keys, documentation) to FDIC’s DIT email address, with physical media sent to the Arlington VA distribution center. Invoicing is electronic via EFT.
