Description
The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) is seeking firm‑fixed‑price proposals to supply Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) covering 20,000 MWh per year for a base year plus up to four optional one‑year extensions. The contract will be awarded to a qualified vendor registered in SAM who can provide Green‑e certified RECs, retire them on AOC’s behalf, and submit annual audited reports. Pricing is per megawatt‑hour and the award will be a multi‑year (up to five‑year) agreement.
• Scope: Supply 20,000 MWh of Green‑e certified RECs annually (base year + up to 4 option years).
• Contract type: Firm Fixed Price, awarded via negotiated procurement (RFP).
• Period of performance: Base year 9/28/2026‑9/27/2027, with four optional years through 9/27/2031.
