General or Specialized Construction Services

The Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) is seeking information from U.S. Small Business Administration certified 8(a) business development program participants for construction services at Naval Air Station (NAS) Jacksonville and its areas of responsibility. The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to gain knowledge of qualified and interested participants. Potential sources should have current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification, equipment, and capability to perform general or specialized construction services. • The contractor shall provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation to perform all services described in the specifications for each contract/task order. • Work associated with general construction projects includes specific requirements for renovation, alteration, repair, and demolition services. • Specialized work may be issued for electrical, roofing, and mechanical services. • The contractor shall provide a staff with the necessary management expertise to assure performance objectives and standards are met and permitting to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
