Description
The Newark Board of Education is seeking vendors to provide a suite of K‑8 educational services, including hourly‑rate enrichment classes, session‑based enrichment programs, teacher professional development, and high‑impact tutoring (both in‑person and virtual). Bids may cover any or all of these categories, and vendors can submit partial scope proposals. All rates must be all‑inclusive (staff, materials, equipment, profit) and cover up to 25 students per class (smaller groups permitted). Pricing must be submitted for a three‑year base term with a separate two‑year renewal rate; travel time is non‑billable and travel costs are not reimbursed. Subcontractors are allowed with full disclosure; consortium bids are prohibited. The contract will be administered via the NPS sourcing platform, with the revised submission deadline of March 24, 2026.
