Description
The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet is seeking a qualified vendor to furnish one modified rotary drill, truck- or track-mounted, with operator, for the drilling and installation of steel railroad rails used in roadway stabilization and related projects throughout District 8. The vendor must supply any site support labor, miscellaneous support equipment, and supplies. The contract will be for an initial period of approximately 1 year, with options for renewal. The vendor will be required to maintain a minimum production rate of 800 LF of installed railroad rails per 8-hour work day.
