Description
The Central Lake Public Schools are seeking bids for the MS/HS and Elementary Renovations project. The project involves various bid categories, including masonry, structural steel, general trades, roofing and siding, glass glazing and storefronts, walls and ceilings, flooring, painting, plumbing and mechanical, electrical, and earthwork/concrete/sitework. Bidders are required to be pre-qualified prior to award of contract and must provide a bid bond, performance bond, and labor and material payment bond. The project is subject to prevailing wages and certified payroll requirements.

• A pre-bid conference will be held on January 29, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
• The bids will be opened publicly on February 9, 2026, at 3:30 pm.
• The project requires compliance with Public Act 10 of 2023, which mandates annual registration with the Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity (LEO) for contractors and subcontractors working on 100% state-funded projects.
