Description
The City of Rochelle is seeking bids for the construction of the Sidewalk Extension & Improvements project. The project includes the construction of approximately 1,192 square yards of 4-inch thick concrete sidewalk, 37 square yards of 6-inch thick concrete, sidewalk removal, junction box, storm drainage piping, and grading. The bids will be received on a unit price basis, and the project is expected to be funded by the Georgia Department of Transportation and City of Rochelle funds.
• The project consists of +/- 1,192 SY 4” Thick Concrete Sidewalk, +/- 37 SY 6” Thick Concrete, sidewalk removal, junction box, storm drainage piping, and grading.
• Bids will be received for a single prime Contract.
• Bidding Documents are available electronically for a non-refundable charge of $200.00.
• Paper copies of bid documents are also available for an additional $100.00 non-refundable charge.
• The project is expected to be funded all or in part by the Georgia Department of Transportation, Transportation Investment Act (TIA) and City of Rochelle funds.
