Description
The County of Los Angeles Department of Youth Development is seeking information about organizations and practitioners who develop curriculum and/or facilitate training for youth-serving professionals on youth development frameworks, theories, and practices. The purpose of this RFI is to identify potential partners who can support with the development and facilitation of a Youth Development Core Training Curriculum for youth-serving professionals.
• The curriculum should be based on evidence-informed youth development practices.
• The training should be designed to increase knowledge around best practices for youth development.
• The curriculum development should include conducting a literature review, co-developing learning objectives and evaluation methods, designing accompanying materials, and refining curricula based on stakeholder feedback.
• The facilitation of the training should include delivering structured curriculum, utilizing dynamic facilitation structures, and providing ongoing coaching and individual support.
