Notice of Intent - Illumina Inc.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to procure two Illumina MiSeq i100 Plus System Sequencers on a sole-source basis from Illumina, Inc. The procurement is exempt from full and open competition under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, including their experience, equipment, and ability to provide the required instrument, by 2 July 2026, 5:00 PM (EST).
