The Twin Rivers Unified School District is soliciting sealed electronic bids for the construction of a building pad, utility connections, demolition, new fencing, irrigation, and related site work to support a leased portable Transitional‑Kindergarten classroom at Sierra View Elementary School. The scope excludes the portable structure itself, which will be supplied under a separate contract.
