Construction Manager for Construction – Multi‑Use Police and Fire Training Facility (RFQ)

The City of Maumelle, Arkansas seeks a qualified construction management firm to oversee the full development of a multi‑use Police and Fire Training Facility. The scope includes pre‑construction planning, scheduling, cost estimating, value engineering, subcontractor coordination, budgeting, quality control, safety compliance, and close‑out services for a complex that features a live‑fire burn tower, a CLEST‑compliant rifle and pistol range, a 300 × 300‑ft concrete driving pad, a classroom for 50‑60 occupants, and associated site work, utilities, drainage, parking, and security infrastructure.
