Description
The City of Fayetteville is seeking a qualified contractor to perform complete lot cleaning, demolition, and asbestos abatement at three residential properties (355 Dick St, 357 Dick St, and 4070 Rosehill Rd). The work includes demolition of existing structures, removal and proper disposal of all debris and hazardous asbestos material, site grading, vegetation clearing, and final site restoration within a strict 30‑day schedule after notice to proceed. All licenses, permits, insurance, and compliance with state/federal hazardous‑material regulations are the contractor’s responsibility.
• Demolition of existing residential structures and removal of all associated debris.
• Identification, safe abatement, and disposal of asbestos‑containing materials at two of the three sites.
• Site grading, back‑filling, seeding, and mulching to restore the lot to a clean, usable condition.
• Required licenses (General Contractor, Asbestos Contractor, Lead‑Based Paint) and minimum insurance coverage (CGL $1M, Auto $1M, Workers’ Comp).
• Mandatory completion within 30 calendar days of Notice to Proceed; liquidated damages of $500 per day for late completion.
