Description
The 2026 LMIG LRA project consists of approximately 0.87 miles of roadway improvements along South Fork Drive and Dallas Drive in Baxley, Georgia. The proposed work includes cement-treated base, asphalt paving, grading, drainage pipe installation, pavement striping, and turf establishment.
• The project requires a mandatory pre-bid conference on July 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less than 5% of the amount bid.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount.
• The owner reserves the right to waive all technicalities, reject any or all bids, and make the award in its best interest.
