Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking a prime contractor to fully renovate the existing restaurant building at Roan Mountain State Park. The scope covers demolition of existing finishes, installation of new kitchen cabinets, flooring, doors, windows, an ADA‑compliant ramp and restroom, as well as exterior envelope work, roofing, siding, gutters, lighting, HVAC, and interior finish systems. All labor, materials, equipment, permits, insurance, bonding, and required Tennessee contractor licenses must be provided. Work must begin after contract award and be completed within 90 days, with material delivery required by 18 Mar 2026. The contract value is expected to exceed $100 k, triggering a 25 % payment bond and extensive compliance certifications.
