The Lakefront Management Authority is seeking qualified contractors to inspect, repair, and paint a 100,000‑gallon Jet A fuel storage tank (Tank T‑201) at Lakefront Airport. The work includes removing and temporarily storing approximately 5,000 gallons of fuel, cleaning and degassing the tank to meet confined‑space entry requirements, performing an API 653 out‑of‑service inspection by a certified inspector, delivering a detailed inspection report, completing all required repairs, and providing unit‑price proposals for interior and exterior coating/painting.
