Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

The work involves removal of existing sod, grading, placement of several thousand square feet of 57‑stone, installation of edging and fabric, and final cleanup across two marina sites. Assuming an average labor rate of $75‑$100 per hour, equipment rental, and disposal costs, the total contract value is likely in the low‑to‑mid six‑figure range. A modest‑size municipal stone‑border project of this scope typically falls between $150,000 and $300,000, depending on site conditions and any unforeseen utility adjustments.
