Somerset Manor Sidewalk Project

The City of Havre de Grace is seeking bids for an ADA compliant sidewalk project located within the Somerset Manor neighborhood. The proposed project includes replacement sidewalks in all three courts of the development and a new sidewalk from Georges Court to Warren Street. Eight new ADA ramps will be included in the sidewalk construction. The project aims to install 9,890 square feet of ADA compliant sidewalks and eight ADA ramps. • The project is located in the Somerset Manor neighborhood, a HUD community. • The project includes replacement sidewalks in three courts: Stansbury Court, Vancherie Court, and Georges Court. • Eight new ADA ramps will be installed as part of the sidewalk construction. • The project is funded by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, CDBG Grant Project MD-26-CD-21.
