Description
North Dakota State University is procuring a multiple‑award furnishing contract to supply and install a complete suite of furniture for the Richard Offerdahl Engineering Complex (ROEC). The scope covers classroom, laboratory, office, lounge, and common‑area furniture—including chairs, stools, tables, desks, storage units, and mobile markerboards—along with full installation, packaging removal, and post‑installation support. Items must conform to detailed specifications and finish plans, and installation must meet phased schedule dates. The university will evaluate vendors on appearance/ability to source, warranty & after‑sales support, and cost.
• Supply and install approximately 1,800 items (chairs, stools, tables, desks, storage, markerboards) per detailed specification list.
• Coordinate finishes (metal paint, laminate, carpet, terrazzo) and ensure electrical‑ready workstations meet UL‑rated 20 A power requirements.
• Meet phased installation dates: June 29 2026 (Areas A & D), July 20 2026 (Areas B & C), and Summer 2027 (Area F).
• Provide full warranty, maintenance support, and a detailed project‑management plan.
• Submit technical proposal and cost breakdown via NDBuys by 2 pm CT on 3 Feb 2026.
