The United States Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed-price contract to Lee & Sakahara Architects, Inc. for the provision of Construction Phase Services at Wright Patterson Air Force Base Visiting Quarters and Temporary Lodging Facility.
