Description
Asheville-Buncombe Technical Community College is seeking a contractor to provide professional printing and distribution services for their Education Journal, which is published twice a year. The contractor will be responsible for printing and distributing 152,141 copies of the journal in fall 2025 and spring 2026. The contract will have a term of one year, beginning on the date of final contract execution. The contractor must meet the specifications and requirements outlined in the IFB, including providing hard copy proofs, delivering the journals to the specified locations, and meeting the delivery schedules.
• The contractor must provide a complete and signed bid response, including all required attachments and signatures.
• The contractor must provide a pricing form, which includes the total price for each item, including shipping, delivery, handling, and administrative fees.
• The contractor must provide a certification of financial condition and a vendor request for EO50 price-matching, if applicable.
• The contractor must comply with all instructions, terms, and conditions stated in the IFB, including the North Carolina General Terms and Conditions.
• The contractor must provide customer service and designate a contract manager and customer service point of contact.
• The contractor must participate in post-award project review meetings and provide continuous improvement efforts to reduce the total cost to the State.
