The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) is seeking to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) with multiple qualified vendors to provide furniture and related services to U.S. Navy installations in Japan. The solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in Japan. The required products and services include office furniture, household furniture, cabinets, lockers, bins, and shelving, as well as installation services. • The BPAs will be used to support all U.S. Navy installations throughout Japan. • The solicitation is open to vendors who can provide furniture and ancillary services under the specified Product Services Codes (PSCs) and Service Codes. • Vendors must be authorized to operate and do business in Japan as prescribed by DFARS 225.1103(3). • The solicitation includes attachment 1 with response and submission requirements.
