The Bureau of Reclamation is establishing up to three firm‑fixed‑price Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for the procurement of area/velocity gauging equipment, flow‑measurement instrumentation, data‑collection hardware, and communications components to support the Lahontan Basin Area Office (LBAO) monitoring program. The BPA will cover brand‑name or equal items such as In‑Situ Xci meters, Doppler velocity cards, Rugged TROLL sensors, GOES satellite communication kits, and related mounting hardware. The total ceiling for the BPA is $500,000 over a five‑year period, with any individual call not exceeding $100,000. Offers must be submitted by email by October 5, 2026 (10:00 AM PT) and remain valid for 60 days. Award will be on a Best‑Value (price‑technical) basis. The contractor must be registered in SAM and provide technical statements showing compliance with specifications. Delivery is FOB Destination to Carson City, NV.
