SmartSheet Renewal FY26-27

The County of San Mateo is seeking quotations for a one-year renewal of their Smartsheet licenses. The contract includes Smartsheet Control Center, Enterprise Plan plus Premium Support Package, and Pivot App. The bidder must provide a competitive quotation, including accurate lead times and any applicable freight and delivery costs. The County will evaluate bids based on the Total Bid Price, and the lowest responsive bid will be awarded the contract. • The contract term is from September 15, 2026, to September 14, 2027. • The bidder must be a qualified, responsible, and manufacturer/publisher authorized vendor. • The bidder must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The bidder must provide a copy of the End User License Agreement and warrant that all subscriptions and software are licensed originally to the County. • The County reserves the right to waive minor irregularities and to reject any or all bids.
