Construction of the Brambleton West Park Improvements, RFQ 707020

The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct the Brambleton West Park Improvements. The project includes constructing a 1,000-seat grandstand, demolishing the existing restroom facility, building a new restroom/concession facility, and completing associated site and utility improvements. The contractor will be required to use Trimble Unity Construct (Trimble) Construction Program Management Software and provide unit prices for unsuitable soils removal and rock removal. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
