Description
The City of Virginia Beach is seeking proposals to produce a professional drone light show for a public event. The contractor will design, program, and execute a synchronized aerial display using multiple drones equipped with LED lighting, ensuring compliance with FAA regulations and local safety requirements.
• Provide full concept design, choreography, and technical execution of the drone show
• Supply, program, and operate all necessary UAV hardware and software
• Manage on‑site safety, permitting, and coordination with city officials
• Deliver post‑event video and data packages for archival and promotional use
• Must meet specified performance dates and adhere to budget constraints
