Dix Park Rocky Branch Creek and Grove Project – Construction Manager at Risk Services

The project involves the construction of parks within sites with a history of environmental contamination, urban stream restoration, stormwater treatment, and native plant landscapes. The CMAR firm will be responsible for pre-construction and construction phase services, including coordination with the project design team, value engineering, and quality control. The total budget for the project is $18.4M, and the project is currently in the schematic design phase. • The project requires a CMAR firm with expertise in construction management, urban stream restoration, and stormwater treatment. • The CMAR firm will be responsible for coordinating with the project design team, performing value engineering, and implementing a remediation action plan. • The project involves the restoration of Rocky Branch Creek and the improvement of The Grove, including the preservation of existing character and the extension of pathways. • The CMAR firm will be required to provide a detailed scope of services, including project planning, quality control, and safety management. • The City of Raleigh reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality or irregularity in the proposal process.
