Description
Missouri State University seeks a qualified consulting firm to produce a comprehensive, data‑driven economic‑impact study quantifying the university’s contributions to local, regional, and state economies. The contractor will manage the project from kickoff through final presentation, delivering a work plan, data validation memo, preliminary impact results, draft and final reports, and an executive summary. The effort must be completed within a twelve‑week, fixed‑price schedule and adhere to strict accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0 AA, Section 508).
• Conduct data collection, validation, and economic‑impact modeling (direct, indirect, induced effects).
• Analyze additional impacts such as student/visitor spending, alumni workforce contributions, capital project effects, and rural economic influence.
• Produce draft and final reports with executive summaries, graphics, and presentations for university leadership.
• Provide a sandbox testing environment and meet all accessibility compliance documentation.
