Economic Development and Growth Strategy

The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to receive responses from consultants or firms who are qualified to provide services to assist the Town of Bethlehem Industrial Development Agency (“BIDA”) in developing and implementing an economic development strategy. This will be the BIDA’s first-ever Economic Development and Growth Strategy and should, in detail, address all the desired tasks and goals outlined in the Scope of Work.
