Description
The City of Columbus, Department of Recreation and Parks, Building Maintenance is seeking bids for the purchase of one trailered drain jetter. The contract resulting from this bid proposal will provide for the purchase and delivery of the equipment. Bidders must document their experience and work history in providing this type of equipment and warranty service for the past five years. The bidder must also submit an outline of its capabilities and provide references from four separate equipment sales. The equipment must meet the specifications outlined in the bid document, and the bidder must provide a warranty for a minimum of 12 months at no additional charge.
• The equipment must be delivered FOB destination prepaid and allowed, with all fluid levels at the manufacturer's recommended full capacity.
• The bidder must provide web access to OEM diagnostic software, including parts lists, service, maintenance, operation, and overhaul manuals.
• The bidder must provide two copies of all parts lists, service, maintenance, and operation manuals upon delivery of the equipment.
• The successful bidder must supply a warranty service provider whose primary business is the sale and/or repair of the equipment proposed in this bid proposal.
• The bidder must provide liability insurance and workers' compensation insurance for all employees employed at the site of the project.
