Description
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to K-LASER USA, INC for the procurement of Brand Name: Indiba /K-Laser Speciale Live 50 for the Interventional Pain Management Clinic (IPMC) at Madigan Army Medical Center (MAMC). The requirement includes the procurement of a Class IV Laser Diode with specific technical specifications, operational features, and accessory packages. The sole source award is due to the exacting clinical specifications of the medical products and the need for immediate operational readiness.
• The laser system must have a power output of 40W Continuous Wave (CW) / 50W Intense Super Pulse (ISP)
• The system must include all necessary accessories, such as SML 117 Smart Fiber LIVE Therapy and MP681 APM Distal LIVE Therapy
• The vendor must provide training and marketing packages, including access to K-Laser Academy and certification exam
• The warranty information must include a 5-year standard warranty on the device and a 2-year limited warranty on consumables
