MARSOC Direct Action IDIQ

This solicitation establishes a single‑award Indefinite‑Delivery/Indefinite‑Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) to provide qualified instructor manpower to the Marine Raider Training Center (MRTC). The contractor will supply full‑time and episodic instructors for Direct Action (DA) and Combatives training across multiple courses, including the Marine Raider Course Phase II, the MARSOF Master Assaulters Course, and the SOF Fundamentals Course. The award is a 100 % Women‑Owned Small Business (WOSB) set‑aside and will be performed at Camp Lejeune, NC, with a base period of one year (15 Jan 2027 – 14 Jan 2028) and up to five one‑year option periods plus a six‑month extension.
