Description
The U.S. Government Publishing Office seeks a qualified vendor to produce 84 high‑quality 18 × 24 in offset‑printed posters (two designs, 42 copies each) with specific paper, ink, coating, proof, labeling, and packaging requirements, and deliver them to multiple federal destinations.
• Print two poster designs, 42 copies each, on JCP L61 100‑lb silk paper with a clear non‑yellowing satin aqueous coating.
• Provide one G7‑profiled ink‑jet proof and two blank paper samples per design; proofs must meet ISO 12647‑7 and GRACoL 2006 specifications.
• Package each poster separately (shrink‑ or kraft‑wrap), label per GPO Form 905, and ship traceably to BLM Eastern States Office (VA), FDLP (DC), and Library of Congress (DC) by 17 Sept 2026.
• All quotes must be submitted online via GPO Publish by 2 PM ET on 8 May 2026; vendor must be registered on the portal and cannot begin printing until an “OK TO PRINT” is received.
