Description
The Colorado Department of Military and Veterans Affairs is requesting a sole source procurement for the replacement of their building automation system. The system consists of Schneider Electric (SE) building and network controllers, which are the main control devices that run the HVAC and building automation systems in their facilities. The services required include programming, maintenance, refurbishment, and installation of building controllers. The department has chosen Westover dba Albireo Energy LLC as the sole source vendor because they are the only Schneider Electric authorized company that can sell, repair, refurbish, and program the EcoStruxure Building Operation and legacy Andover Continuum hardware and software.
