Description
The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for fully finished, and furnished (optional) administrative office space to support government operations in Los Angeles, CA. The required space is approximately 45,000 - 48,000 ABOA SF, with specific layout and configuration requirements. The lease term is 5 years, with 3 years firm. The space must be modern, high-quality, and suitable for professional use, with a minimum Facility Security Level (FSL) of II. The government reserves the right to consider alternative space if it can be delivered promptly without extended build-out lead times.
