Source Sought - Az-Nv ORC Project

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - Los Angeles District is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing optimized remediation at three sites: Air Force Plant 44, Arizona, Davis-Monthan Air Force Base, Arizona, and Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada. The project includes investigation, design, construction of remedial systems, operation and maintenance of established remedies, optimization at applicable sites, and achievement of site-specific objectives. The contractor shall undertake Environmental Remediation activities to achieve Performance Objectives at 17 Installation Restoration Program (IRP) sites and 10 Military Munitions Response Program (MMRP) sites. Some key points about this opportunity include: * The contract will be a competitive, firm-fixed price contract. * The contract duration is estimated to be 10 years. * The contractor must have past performance demonstrating success with ORC type work, similar to the work described above. * The contractor must have experience working with Arizona and Nevada regulatory agencies. * The contractor must be registered in SAM to be eligible for award of Government contracts.
